We're a fast-growing, nine-figure D2C brand with a loyal, high-retention subscriber base, and we're scaling our retention function to match our ambitions.

We're hiring a Retail Fulfillment Manager to own the end-to-end execution of our retail order fulfillment operation. Reporting to the Director of Fulfillment, you'll serve as the primary day-to-day owner of our retail 3PL relationship and make sure every retail purchase order gets where it needs to go, complete and on time.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll manage everything from purchase order execution and dock appointments to retailer compliance, chargebacks, inventory accuracy, and 3PL performance. When something breaks, you'll dig into the root cause, involve the right partners, and drive it through resolution.

As our retail footprint grows, you'll also help build the processes, reporting, and accountability needed to make our fulfillment operation increasingly predictable and scalable.

This role is fully remote, with a hybrid option available for candidates based in Austin, TX.
