Member Specialist Part Time

Responsibilities

• Provide member service, maintain checkout area, and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services and give guidance on self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Organize merchandise, zone areas, maintain entrance and exit areas, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Assist in securing and safeguarding assets, respond to emergencies, and keep required paperwork and logs.
• Train and educate Member Frontline Services associates on procedures, new technology, and program rollouts.
• Identify shrink, damages, and compliance issues, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers to prioritize tasks and drive continuous improvement.
• Model integrity, ethical behavior, and Walmart values in all interactions.

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric focus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications may be preferred.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
