Job Description:

This position will be involved in the coordination of retail fronts in market under the direction their direct supervisor and the City Manager. A Brand Ambassador is to build the image of our smoke-free brand and to inspire Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine users, discussing the differences and benefits of using a smoke-free alternative. An ambassador will operate in specific breweries, restaurants/bars, nightlife and local city events network and will be responsible for facilitating legal age smokers and nicotine users, who would otherwise continue to smoke, to convert to a smoke-free alternative by explaining its purpose, matching its benefits to their needs.

Overall, Brand Ambassadors act as key contributors to the smoke-free future we’re working towards. The core function of this role is to introduce Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users to our smoke-free product following all guidelines as this is a critical step in converting Legal Age Smokers and Nicotine Users by working with them 1:1 providing an exceptional consumer experience.

This is a part-time position requiring consistent availability on Fridays and Saturdays, primarily covering evening and late-night hours. Standard shifts consist of 9 total hours per day (7.5 activation hours, a 30-minute break, and 60 minutes total for travel and administration, split as 30 minutes pre-activation and 30 minutes post-activation). Opportunities for additional hours may be available through events and special activations.

Brand Ambassadors must also be available to participate in required paid training and onboarding activities, which may occur outside of regularly scheduled shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Brand knowledge with the ability to demonstrate product demos, answer questions, and make recommendations that meet customer’s needs.
  • Deliver high-touch retail service, including greeting customers, uncovering needs, educating, recommending, and supporting consumer conversion decisions.
  • Execute retail operations, including accurate transactions, order processing, stocking inventory, and managing consumer payment information
  • Demonstrate excellent service and develop strong customer relationships in a retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.
  • Educate customers on brand values and product features
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and visual standards.
  • Submitting end of shift detail reports to leadership daily

  • Participate in and successfully complete all required paid training, onboarding, product education, compliance training, and program updates to maintain readiness and program standards.

  • Relevant state, local, and national regulatory and legal guidelines concerning tobacco consumption.
