Summary
The Store Manager will lead the Austin boutique, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a high-quality customer experience for eyewear. This role manages staffing, training, visual standards, and community-facing events while acting as a style advisor and brand ambassador.
Responsibilities
- Drive the team to achieve sales targets and KPI results

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years retail sales and management experience
- Proven leadership, strong work ethic, and history of exceeding goals
- Experience with store operations, scheduling, and staff development
- Excellent communication, styling, and customer advisory skills
