  • Design and execute internal inventory audit programs to proactively identify and address risks to inventory integrity before they result in loss.
  • Partner directly with Digital and Technology teams to manage the in-store technology roadmap, prioritizing projects that deliver the greatest impact on efficiency and customer experience.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management, replacement, procurement, and deployment of all in-store hardware, including POS systems, handheld scanners, mobile devices, and related networking equipment.
  • Act as the voice of the store associate and the consumer to influence system design and technology choices, ensuring new tools are intuitive, reliable, and directly solve store operational needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Inventory and Technology Operations Specialists, ensuring clear goals, continuous performance feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Retail Training to ensure all new inventory processes and technology rollouts are accompanied by high-quality training materials and successful change management strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders and peers across Retail Operations, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure organizational alignment on inventory and technology goals.
