As we expand in Texas, we are hiring a Senior Account Executive – Strategic Partnerships to own growth across the Austin and San Antonio metro areas
, focusing on high‑value B2B accounts and long‑term partnerships.
This is a quota‑carrying B2B sales role focused on winning and growing large accounts in Central Texas—not a general event sales coordinator position.

. - Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract execution and handoff to internal teams.
- Act as the key relationship owner for strategic accounts, driving renewals and expansion.
- Identify, target, and win high‑value venue and enterprise event accounts across the Austin and San Antonio metros.
- Prospect through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events to generate and qualify new opportunities.
- Lead discovery, design tailored beverage solutions, build business cases, and deliver compelling proposals.
- Negotiate and close agreements, including multi‑event and multi‑year contracts, with clear revenue and margin goals.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for key venue, agency, and producer partners in your territory.

- Use performance data (volume, per‑cap, mix, guest feedback) to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Represent Peak Beverage at venue walkthroughs, tastings, industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings in Central Texas.

- You have 4–7+ years of B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships experience
, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota. - You are a hunter‑closer who is comfortable owning pipeline generation, not just working inbound leads.
- You have closed mid‑ to high‑six‑figure annual contracts or multi‑year agreements in services, hospitality, events, or a comparable complex B2B environment.
- You understand how to sell to venues, hospitality groups, agencies, event producers, or multi‑site operators

- Existing network or prior experience in the Austin/San Antonio hospitality and events ecosystem (venues, planners, DMCs, production companies, festivals, sponsorship/activation agencies).
- Experience with outsourced F&B, concessions, catering, or venue management.
- Experience selling in a fast‑growth, entrepreneurial environment where playbooks are evolving.
- Based in the Austin or San Antonio metro area
