Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to both new and existing clients, showcasing innovative advertising programs and solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture an assigned client base while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate estimates and pricing for advertising products and services, ensuring clients understand their options.
  • Locate and engage prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach activities to offer tailored advertising services.
  • Clearly explain the value of specific advertising channels—including print, broadcast, digital, and out-of-home—to maximize client ROI.
  • Document interactions, feedback, and sales processes to help refine AI training data and improve system intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the AI learns from real-world sales scenarios and best practices.

    Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in advertising sales, account management, or related field (such as Advertising Account Representative, Advertising Consultant, or Ad Sales Representative).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients across various industries and media platforms.
  • Comfort working remotely and leveraging digital tools to manage sales activities and collaborate with teams.
  • Keen understanding of modern advertising trends and the evolving digital media landscape.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret client needs and translate them into actionable AI training insights.
  • Enthusiastic about innovation and continuous improvement, especially within AI-driven environments.
    • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience contributing to or training AI, machine learning, or digital automation systems.
  • Background in multiple advertising media types (print, TV, radio, online, signage).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented remote teams.
