Position: Sales Consultant - AI Growth Systems

Overview

Sales Consultant – AI Growth Systems (Commission-Based, Remote) Growth Install helps contractors grow using AI-powered marketing systems. Our solutions have helped businesses double, triple, and even 5× their growth, without pressure-based sales or gimmicks. We’re entering a major growth phase in 2026 and are looking for thoughtful, driven people who want to grow with the company, not just “hit numbers.” This is not a traditional sales role.

We value listening, education, and relationship-building. Our consultants diagnose challenges, ask great questions, and recommend solutions only when there’s a genuine fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead 45-minute discovery conversations focused on understanding the business
  • Thoughtfully qualify or disqualify prospects for a follow-up strategy session
  • Run 30-minute AI Competitive Marketing Analysis conversations
  • Manage follow-ups and keep CRM notes organized and accurate
  • Build trust through calm, professional communication
Compensation & Benefits
  • Commission-based (no cap)
  • Realistic earnings: $72,000–$108,000/year once ramped
  • No prospecting - all calls are pre-set
