Smooth Closing is a Texas-based real estate investment company built on one simple idea: treat homeowners fairly, move fast, and do what we say we’re going to do.
We buy houses directly from the Seller, with no agents involved, and purchase over 75 houses per year!
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a driven, curious, and relentless sales professional to join our acquisitions team.
This is a hands‑on, in‑office position with time spent researching targeted homeowners and going on in‑home appointments across Central Texas.
Compensation & Growth- Base salary + commission
- $100,000+ realistic first-year earnings
- $125,000–$165,000+ long-term annual income
- Clear path for advancement and increased responsibility as you perform
Commissions are ceilingless — your income is directly tied to your effort and results.

Responsibilities What You’ll Actually Be DoingThis role is a mix of research, strategy, problem‑solving, and in‑home appointments:
You will:- Work from our office to research and locate homeowners on small, highly targeted lists
- Strategize the best approach to reach each homeowner (this is not mass outreach)
- Meet homeowners in person at their property to understand their situation
- Present fair, win‑win solutions and guide sellers through the process
- Follow up consistently and persistently until you get a clear yes or no
- Work closely with leadership and operations to get deals across the finish line
This role rewards people who enjoy the hunt, can think independently, and don’t need constant supervision to perform at a high level.

Compensation$100,000 - $150,000 yearly
