Your first commission check: 2 weeks. First promotion opportunity: 6-12 months. Your career trajectory: entirely up to you.

At this family‑owned Heights Wellness Retreat, we promote from within. Our Retreat Director started answering phones two years ago. Our Team Lead made it in six months.

What You’ll Earn
  • Base: $15/hour + commission
  • Top performers earn: $20‑23/hour total
  • Commission on membership packages, service add‑ons, and upgrades

What You’ll Do
  • Turn calls into bookings – guide guests to services that genuinely help them
  • Sell memberships – meet individual and team goals by showing guests the value (and earn commission)
  • Educate guests – match people with the right services and products
  • Support your team – collaborate with therapists and estheticians for seamless guest experiences
