The HT Group is partnering with a creative branding company to find an Account Manager to grow accounts and service clients. We are looking for a highly driven and motivated sales professional who enjoys building lasting relationships with clients using a consultative approach.
Location – 100% Remote (Must be based in Texas)Comp - $65k base + commission
Responsibilities- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross‑selling additional products or services
- Assist clients with merchandising needs, idea generation, creating estimates, and providing mocks
- Prepare and deliver weekly presentations to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Maintain a proactive approach to discovering new business opportunities through email/phone outreach
- Stay current with promotional product trends and competitors to identify improvements
- 5+ years of proven account management/sales experience
- Experience in branding/promotional merchandise a plus
- Ability to work with clients both in-person and remotely
- Passionate about sales and cultivating relationships with clients
- Motivated with go‑getter attitude
- Willingness to learn and competitive spirit
- Positive attitude and ability to think dynamically
