We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support our growth and drive new business across the Austin area.

• Actively prospect, chase leads, and grow your sales pipeline
• Arrange and attend client meetings across the field
• Provide quotes and close sales on construction equipment and rental tools
• Support customers with product recommendations and equipment rental solutions
• Build strong relationships with contractors and industry partners

• ✅ Proven sales experience, preferably in construction equipment, tool rental, or plant hire
• ✅ Strong background in field sales, client relationship management, and closing deals
• ✅ Full, valid driving license
• ✅ Able to work remotely, self-directed, and manage your own territory
