You’ll sell solutions as our Account Manager that enable real operational transformation from autonomous systems and industrial automation to high-bandwidth, secure communications where reliability matters most.

Your Mission in This Role
  • Hunt New Business: Identify, engage, and close new enterprise customers through outbound prospecting, discovery, and relationship-building
  • Own the Deal: Lead full-cycle sales from qualification and business case development through negotiation, procurement, and close
  • Generate Pipeline: Proactively source opportunities using account research, stakeholder mapping, outbound campaigns, and events
  • Partner with SDRs: Collaborate closely with SDRs to advance leads; coach on messaging, objections, and account strategies
  • Activate Partners: Work with channel and technology partners to co-sell, expand reach, and accelerate pipeline
  • Orchestrate Internally: Align Technical Sales, Delivery, Product, Legal, and Finance to scope, propose, and deliver winning solutions
  • Ensure Continuity: Support clean handoffs post-sale and maintain executive alignment for expansions and multi-site rollouts
What You Bring to the Table Must-Haves
  • 4+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience (enterprise or mid-market)
  • An established book of business because you’ll find the upside here goes well beyond what even the largest “powerhouse” organizations typically offer
  • Proven hunter mindset with consistent self-sourced pipeline creation
  • Experience selling complex or technical solutions using consultative, value-based selling
  • Strong executive communication skills able to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
  • Disciplined CRM usage with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Comfortable coaching SDRs and collaborating cross-functionally without direct authority
Nice-to-Haves
  • Exposure to private LTE/5G, networking, industrial IoT, or enterprise infrastructure
  • Experience with partner-led or channel sales motions
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC / MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Communications, or related field
