• Commission-Based Pay Structure (1099):
• Setters:
  Beginner: $18,000 (annual average with 10 installs)
• Setters:
  Intermediate: $40,000 (annual average with 20 installs)
• Setters:
  Expert: $100,000 (annual average with 50 installs)
• Consultants:
  Beginner: $55,000 (annual average with 10 installs)
• Consultants:
  Intermediate: $125,000 (annual average with 20 installs)
• Consultants:
  Expert: $350,000 (annual average with 50 installs)
