About the Sales Representative RoleThis is a field-based outside sales position focused on building strong B2B relationships and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
The ideal candidate will have proven service-industry sales experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy connecting with business decision-makers to deliver tailored sanitation solutions.
This role is a key part of our strategic growth plan and offers a competitive base salary with incentive opportunities tied to performance.
What Your Day Will Look Like- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and expanded business.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and CRM utilization goals.
- Collaborate with branch management and operations teams to ensure service excellence for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline activities, and sales progress in Hub Spot CRM.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in the service industry, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience using Hub Spot CRM or similar platforms is an asset.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
