Sales Funding Specialist

We’re seeking a driven, resilient, and financially savvy Sales Funding Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses access short-term funding solutions.

As a Funding Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for qualifying leads, educating them on revenue-based lending, and bridging the connection to our Funding Executives. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified opportunities and maintain a strong closing pipeline.

• Initiate contact via phone, email, and text; maintain consistent follow-up.
• High call volume environment with progressive dialer (200+ per day)

• Assess client eligibility based on revenue, industry, and funding needs.
• Explain revenue-based lending and our unique value proposition.
• Set realistic expectations based on client financials.
• Share tailored examples of funding products.
• Log tasks, track communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Warm transfer or schedule calls with closers.
