Step into the front line of Build Pass as a SDR and feel the rush of turning first‑time conversations into real‑world wins. You’ll be the very first voice prospects hear—whether they found us or we found them—unpacking pain points, matching use cases, and showing construction teams how effortless site operations can be with Build Pass.

Yes, you’ll pick up the phone. But you’ll also ignite opportunities that fuel our growth, influence product direction, and shape how an entire industry adopts tech.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to prospects to generate new business opportunities for Build Pass
  • Identify and qualify leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, emails, Linked In, etc.) as well as inbound inquiries
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, educating them on how Build Pass can solve their pain points
  • Collaborate with the sales team to book meetings and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, managing multiple prospects at various stages of the sales funnel
  • Stay current on industry trends, build

    Pass product developments, and competitors
