Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to join our results-driven Inside Sales team!
As an Outbound Sales Representative for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers who have contacted us in an effort to schedule appointments for our sales representatives to conduct in-home visits.
- Appointment Scheduling:Coordinating and scheduling appointments for the sales representatives.
- Lead
Qualification:
Identifying potential sales opportunities by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining whether a sales visit is warranted. - Metrics:Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly goals for call volume, appointments scheduled, sales and other key performance metrics.
- Product Knowledge:Keeping up to date with product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospective customers.
- Data Entry
- Must be Personable, Engaging, and Confident. Must be friendly and able to build rapport with prospective customers over the phone.
- The ideal candidate has a problem‑solving mindset, this will aid in overcoming objections while controlling the conversation. Must be able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Work with a sense of urgency, move through the appointment setting process whilst not sacrificing the quality of the interaction.
- Meet and exceed metrics, be goal‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- 1 year of outbound phone sales experience required.
- Weekend and shift flexibility.
- Must be able to multitask while displaying active listening, clear communication, and data entry skills.

$60,000 - $110,000 a year
Base pay of $21/hour plus monthly commissions. Total Comp range $60,000 to $110,000
