Qualifications- Sales and customer relationship management skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and identifying clients’ financial needs.
- Finance and advisory skills, including knowledge of investment, retirement planning, and financial products.
- Leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward professional and organizational goals.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; prior experience in financial services or sales is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and leadership growth.
- Licenses in insurance, investments, or related fields (or willingness to obtain) are advantageous.
