Your ImpactWe Insure is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of licensed insurance producers within our National Sales Center. This role is critical to driving revenue, developing talent, and creating a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings deep insurance sales experience in a call center environment, a proven ability to coach and develop producers, and a track record of building teams that consistently exceed goals while maintaining strong morale and retention.
Duties/Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Performance- Lead, coach, and manage a team of ~20 insurance producers to achieve and exceed sales, conversion, and revenue targets
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and pipeline activity
- Drive consistent execution of sales processes, scripts, and best practices
- Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans
- Build and cultivate a high-performance, high-accountability sales culture grounded in We Insure s core values
- Coach producers through 1:1s, call reviews, side by sides, and structured development plans
- Partner with recruiting and training teams to onboard, ramp, and retain top talent
- Recognize wins, celebrate progress, and address underperformance directly and constructively
- Partner cross-functionally with Training, Marketing and CX to improve conversion and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with licensing, carrier, and regulatory standards
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to drive insights, forecasting, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, work ethic, and customer-first selling
- Contribute ideas to sales strategy, incentives, and process improvements
- Lead through change with clarity, transparency, and consistency
- 5+ years of insurance sales experience (P&C)
- 3+ years of people leadership experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment
- Demonstrated success building, coaching, and retaining high-performing sales teams
- Proven ability to manage performance through metrics and data
- Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills
- Experience managing teams of 15–25+ producers
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics
- Experience scaling teams in a growing or fast-paced organization
- Current P&C Insurance License required.
- This job operates in a full on-site (5 days per week) office environment.
- This job requires less than 10% travel.
