Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink control.;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by engaging a growing guest base and following up on inquiries.;
Conduct personalized makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.;
Book appointments for services and in-store events that deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals for MAC and the store.;
Maintain and update an active clientele portfolio for MAC brand sales.
