Base

Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr

Account Executive – Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with high‑end targets and clients
  • Expertly navigate a qualitative sales process
  • Self‑starting and maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Paying close attention to detail and staying organized
  • Setting expectations, ensuring a client is set up for a first‑class experience
Account Executive – Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years experience with inside B2B sales, from prospecting to closing
  • An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
  • Sold software and/or online services (SaaS, web development, online marketing a bonus)
  • Knowledge and familiarity maintaining a pipeline using CRMs (Salesforce is preferred)

Compensation

Base pay plus uncapped commission. Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 plus commission. Yearly on target earnings of $120,000–$140,000.
