* Call Center As a Senior Inside Sales Representative for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for ensuring customers are receiving the service intended and identifying the reason a sale was not made.## Job Details```Responsibilities
- You will ask about identifiable interactions not opinions, to diffuse their resistance and suggest another in-home visit when applicable.

- Communication with homeowners to determine needs and communicate effectively.

- Set follow up appointments via outbound calls.

- Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines.

- Handle every prospect, customer and co-worker with world class service.

- Enter data in to the system accurately.

Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
- Excellent communication and phone/ computer skills- A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to learn and grow in a new role

Pay $65,000 - $160,000 annually, including base pay and bonus.
