• Grow an established On-Premise customer base with a moderate focus on opening new accounts within assigned territory through consultative sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships through consistent customer contact; plan and execute sales initiatives.
• Perform face-to-face interactions with customers; provide reliable and timely customer service to accounts.
• Understand products and promotional schedules; make effective sales presentations; leverage POS to enhance selling efforts.
• Achieve assigned company objectives and grow business; identify and nurture new and undersold accounts.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures; handle paperwork in a proper and timely manner.

• Skills & Abilities
  :
  Be self-motivated, disciplined, goal-oriented, timely, able to prioritize; results-driven; able to connect with a wide range of buyer types; exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; strong presentation-building and presenting abilities.
• Accessibility
  :
  Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; reliable transportation and proof of insurance; availability to work outside 8-5 schedule (evening hours and occasional weekend events).
• Experience
  : 2-year minimum in a Sales Representative role or higher.
• Education
  : BS degree or equivalent work experience.
