As a Sales Representative, you will serve existing customers within the assigned territory, educating them on the right products, using informed selling techniques to introduce new products, and closing gaps in distribution. You will establish individual sales plans, follow up to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders, and develop deep product and market knowledge.

• Represent the voice of the customer
• Service the needs of existing customers within the assigned territory
• Educate customers on the right products for them
• Use informed selling to introduce new products and close gaps in existing distribution
• Visit accounts frequently to provide service and maximize revenue potential
• Establish an individual sales plan that considers customer needs and geographies to create effective outreach
• Set the overall selling plan for each customer
• Work closely with customers to understand and support their business strategies, goals, and objectives
• Follow up to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly
• When no Support rep partner, take responsibility for merchandising activities (e.g., stocking shelves, building displays)
• Develop sales skills and knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customers
• Be available for nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account activities

• One year of college or technical school certificate
• Four‑year college degree preferred
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong client‑skills and experience understanding customer needs

• Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry
