- Grow New Business Accounts by converting incoming leads, warm calls, online quote requests, client referrals and organic opportunities into sales.
- Utilize agency custom CRM to support sales cycle and automation of follow ups, which then boosts opportunity funnel and close ratio.
- Utilize agency management system – AMS
360 & Personal Lines Rater. - Provide the highest quality of professional service to every customer.
- Maintain knowledge of products.
- Follow existing processes and procedures.
- CRM that does more than half your work.
- Automatic follow up process frees you up to close more sales. Our automation will automatically send voicemails, texts, and emails for you and will remind you when something needs to be done to help your customer.
- Automatically connect with prospects and clients via Text, Ringless Voicemails, and Emails.
- Quoting tools that reduce the time spent preparing proposals.
- In house developers to help build processes around your selling & servicing styles.
- Retention Tools.
- You make more money quicker and retain your business longer!
- Starting Annual Income: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00+ per year.
- New Business Commissions in Addition to Salary.
- This position can be in office or remote. We can work anywhere high-speed internet is available.
- Fun & fast paced environment if you prefer to work in an office and share sales techniques and sales talk.
- We don’t sell cars, solar panels, etc., We sell INSURANCE policies! Insurance is a required product and service that allows you to sell and assist customers with a “Heart of a teacher”.
- Group Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability and Long-Term Disability benefits are offered.
- Roth 401K with Employer Matching up to 4%.
- 15 PTO days and 7 Holidays, PLUS Yearly Additional Paid Vacation Between Christmas and New Year’s.
- Opportunity to elevate to a Personal Lines Sales Producer after consistently meeting monthly premium goals. $100K+ annual salary with residual income pay structure.
- TX Property and casualty insurance license is required.
- Prepare quotes for customers.
- Must work independently and possess organization skills to manage numerous, varied, detailed tasks.
- Must have computer skills and ability to use Office software programs.
- Applicant must be articulate and friendly, demonstrate professional appearance and have a strong work ethic.
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
- Endorse technology over “old school” models.
