Job Description:

Bucanna labs is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. This full-time position is ideal for someone with expertise in the hemp industry, specifically in selling bulk hemp active ingredients. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients in need of bulk hemp extracts.
• Educate clients on the benefits and applications of our hemp products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the hemp industry in a sales role.
• In-depth knowledge of hemp extracts and their applications.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Must be located in Austin, Texas and willing to work in the office.
