Job Summary

Seeking a professional and client-focused Inside Sales & Service Agent to join a dynamic and team-oriented organization. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a book of business, servicing inbound leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines and a willingness to learn personal lines.
Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $73,500 - $85,000

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business.
• Handle inbound leads, market new business, and manage renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Quote new and renewal business, focusing on both commercial and personal lines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a professional and polished demeanor in client-facing interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial lines (1-2 years acceptable with a degree).
  • Willingness to learn personal lines.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  • Professional and polished communication.
  • Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Team-oriented and transparent in approach.
  • Mature and adaptable to interact with a diverse clientele.
