Job Description
Insight Global is partnering with a long-standing, mission-driven mutual insurance organization to hire an Insurance Sales Executive supporting the south Texas territory. This company has been operating for over a century, is certified as a B Corp, and is widely recognized for its exceptional culture, Midwestern values, and collaborative, non-competitive sales environment.
The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for driving regional growth across the south Texas territory through a targeted sales approach for voluntary insurance options for mid-size organizations (200-500 employees). This position blends business development, channel partner recruitment, and ongoing relationship management. You’ll partner with brokers, agencies, and agents within the region to grow product adoption, open new markets, and support existing accounts.
This is a remote opportunity within the south Texas region with 25‑50% travel to client sites as needed. We are paying $70k base with first‑year OTE at $170k and standard OTEs between $200‑500k for the tenured sales team. Please apply if you’re interested!
