Lead new revenue growth for a fast growing 3PL warehouse operator

• True hunter role with ownership of pipeline, deals, and revenue outcomes

• Own all new business development for warehousing and value added services
• Leverage an existing book of business to drive immediate revenue
• Prospect, qualify, and close mid market customers
• Target companies in the $20 to $40 million revenue range
• Sell warehousing solutions focused on consumer durables
• Sell kitting, light assembly, and customs deferral services
• Build and manage a consistent sales funnel
• Drive predictable lead generation and deal flow
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
• Help define sales process, messaging, and future hiring strategy

• Proven experience selling 3PL or warehousing services
• Direct experience with warehouse based logistics solutions
• Existing book of business with transferable customer relationships
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing economics
• Track record of closing net new logos
• Comfortable owning the full sales cycle end to end
