This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Sales role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include assisting customers with vehicle purchases by understanding their needs, providing product information, and guiding them through the sales process. The role will focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering positive customer relationships to enhance retention and ensure a loyal customer base. Automotive Sales Consultants will also contribute to team sales goals by consistently striving to meet or exceed expectations.

• Expertise in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales to guide customers in selecting the right vehicles
• A strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction with the sales experience
• Skills in building and maintaining Customer Retention through professional and personalized interactions
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to shared success
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or sales is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in sales or automotive fields are a plus
