Position: Lead Qualifier / Appointment Setter

We’re hiring a high-energy Lead Qualifier / Appointment Setter

We’re hiring a high-energy Lead Qualifier / Appointment Setter to join our growing team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective franchise owners—responsible for qualifying leads, creating great first impressions, and booking appointments that drive our pipeline forward.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role
. If you enjoy being on the phone, thrive in a metrics-based environment, and take pride in converting conversations into booked meetings, you’ll do very well here.

Bonus points if you’ve been a Franchise Development Coordinator before—you’ll have an immediate advantage.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to franchise leads
  • Qualify candidates and guide conversations with confidence and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments for franchise consultants and brand partners
  • Accurately log all activity in Hub Spot CRM
  • Track daily KPIs: dials, contacts, qualified leads, and bookings
  • Maintain energy and consistency while power dialing for extended periods
  • Follow structured scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or lead qualification
  • Strong phone presence — clear, confident, and professional
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to perform in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven role
  • Positive, coachable, and team-oriented
Preferred (not required)
  • Franchise Development Coordinator experience
  • Background in franchising or working with franchise candidates
  • Experience using Hub Spot
Compensation & Benefits
  • On-Target Earnings: $50,000 – $78,000
  • Performance-based incentives on booked and attended appointments
  • Fully remote role
