In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

This is a local, in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote.

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and sales commission.

Most positions follow a standard 5-day schedule from 4:05 PM to 9:00 PM. Schedule may vary based on customer needs. In select markets, a flexible 4+ day schedule may be available, requiring 25 hours of availability each week across at least 4 days, with at least one of those days falling on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts are scheduled between 12:05 PM and 9:00 PM.

You may start as late as 4:00 PM but must be available to work until 9:00 PM on your scheduled days.

We’re looking for an entry‑level In‑Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. You’ll be on the front lines helping customers through our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. After paid training, you’ll work independently in the field, building skills in communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving.

• Serve:
  Meet customers in‑home and provide exceptional customer service while working to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Solve:
  Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, ensuring they leave with a solution that works.
• Sell:
  Leverage Asurion’s products to offer tailored solutions, actively listening to identify customer needs and positioning products.
• Work independently following the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model to achieve daily sales goals.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Maximum expected travel distance of up to 120 miles, one‑way.
• Personal cellphone to stay connected during the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills.
• Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• 3 weeks of paid training.
• Earned pay can now be accessed early.
