Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through the following activities:
- Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
- Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyzing options with a large carrier portfolio, and providing a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Position Requirements
- Goosehead will cover the one‑time cost of all training courses and exam fees to obtain your insurance license.
- The role is contingent on passing the licensing exam, obtaining the state‑issued license, and successfully completing Goosehead’s training program, which commences on your start date.
- No prior sales or insurance experience is required; extensive training will be provided in , the sales process, business development, and more.
