Requirements

- 3+ years of full‑cycle closing experience, preferably in SaaS sales to mid‑market or larger accounts
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota
- Consultative, solutions‑focused selling style with the ability to influence and educate buyers
- Self‑starter with strong business acumen, confidence in deal strategy, and comfort navigating complex orgs
- Competitive edge, but also a true team player who shares best practices and lifts others up
- Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision‑making, or drive innovation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- (Desirable) Experience in legal tech, fintech, or selling into professional services verticals
- (Desirable) Familiarity with value‑selling frameworks (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC)
- At 8 a.m., we’re growing fast and looking for an Account Executive to help us capture new mid‑market opportunities and accelerate our expansion. This is your chance to work with a collaborative, high‑performance sales team, close significant deals, and shape how legal and professional services firms do business
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid‑market clients—from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow‑up, and referrals
- Deeply understand client challenges and align them with the value of Affini Pay’s industry‑leading solutions
- Deliver high‑impact product demos and business‑case proposals to decision‑makers
- Negotiate sound financial agreements which are solid business solutions for our software solutions and our clients
- Accurately forecast and track sales activity in Salesforce; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals
