We’re looking for a results‑driven, highly motivated Account Executive to join our Enterprise Account Team and manage a portfolio of 20‑30 enterprise accounts. You’ll focus on the Go‑To‑Market strategy, deliver tailored solutions, and build lasting partnerships with senior decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts.
- Close new and expansion business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and report progress to the sales leader during weekly meetings.
- Develop C‑level and decision‑maker relationships to align with customer’s transformation goals.
- Generate pipeline through outreach and deep customer insight.
- Leverage the MEDDPIC framework to document opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Executive Briefing Center to secure sponsorship.
- Build relationships with channel partners for joint value propositions.
- Present executive‑level proposals, commercial terms, and deliver presentations.
- Travel up to 30% of time for business, events, and related activities.
- Be Successful. Consistently hit goals with a clear plan and regular evaluation.
- Provide a Premium Customer Experience. Offer solutions, empathy, proactiveness, and urgency to deliver unmatched value.
- Be Brilliant in the Basics. Master forecasting, SFDC, pipeline management, account engagement, negotiation, closing, and Cloudflare knowledge.
- Be a Team Player. Actively assist the team, share knowledge, and drive group success.
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud networking with industry awareness.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
- Expert sales acumen: discovery, positioning, competition, negotiation, close, expand.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on long‑term accounts.
- Identify key players, translate business issues into solutions.
- Comfortable selling new and expansion business; strong closing skills.
- Build rapid relationships and maintain a positive attitude.
- Own the room and demonstrate rapport.
- Assertive in execution and planning, resilient under challenge.
- Self‑discipline and proactive without instant gratification.
- Bold actions, never complacent.
- Strong will and fortitude for plan execution.
- Portuguese fluency is required.
