Lytegen is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our growing team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of targets. This role involves mentoring team members, coordinating sales activities, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to improve results.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve any escalations.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

• Proven experience as a Sales Lead or similar role, preferably in solar sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
