Job Overview

WEKA is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to target enterprise-level companies that require high‑performance data storage and analytics solutions. The role is quota‑carrying and involves building new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA products and their value to customers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to create sales pipeline, acquire new logos, and nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education, engagement, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with strategic and VAR partners to identify and manage joint selling opportunities.
  • Work cross‑functionally with product, support, and sales engineering to improve the sales cycle.
  • Interface with senior management at multiple levels within WEKA.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of IT sales experience in enterprise environments.
  • Passion for startup culture and a desire to directly impact company growth.
  • Technical acumen related to storage and networking technologies.
  • Proven track record of effective selling and quota fulfillment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Benefits & Compensation

OTE hiring range: $300,000–$320,000, based on location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), Flexible Time Off, sick leave, FMLA‑compliant leave of absence, and other standard company benefits.
