AWS Aerospace and Satellite team is looking for an experienced Account Manager with a proven record of overachieving quota while focusing on the customer. The role requires a self‑starter who can develop and execute a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. An ideal candidate possesses a sales and technical background, enabling engagement at the CXO level, as well as with software developers and IT leaders.
Key Job Responsibilities- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans
- Coordinate activities of the extended team in support of account / territory plans
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and execute operational aspects of account management
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Manage contract negotiations
- Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives
- Experience developing detailed go‑to‑market plans
- Experience with government procurement and contracting process
- Space industry knowledge or experience preferred but not required

Compensation includes a base salary range listed below, a package that includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
