Inside Sales Associate Austin, TX | On-site, Monday – FridayAs an Inside Sales Associate you will be responsible for growing revenue through the sale of solutions in a specific geographic territory. You will become an industry expert in the Network - which consists of , Land & Farm and Land Watch. You will have your own book of business, prospects to develop, excellent products to sell and an excellent career development path.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep expertise in products, pricing, and competitive offerings to clearly differentiate value and win competitive deals.
- Own and execute a territory business plan with clear revenue targets, driving consistent growth from both existing customers and new logo acquisition.
- Build, expand, and leverage strong relationships with our client base through consultative selling.
- Drive customer retention by delivering strong onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization and servicing meetings.
- Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline by tracking activity metrics, forecasting monthly revenue, and executing against defined KPIs.
You become a known and trusted name in your territory. You consistently grow your territory and exceed your target through strong relationships and minimize client churn. You operate with independence, discipline and accountability. You are comfortable driving the region and meeting clients face-to-face.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in‑person college/university.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience preferably in a business‑to‑business environment.
- Proven track record of success in a corporate sales environment, exceeding sales targets and meeting all KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic team contributor with a great attitude and competitive spirit.
- Driven, results oriented and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights to customers.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot).
