As a Digital Sales Specialist you'll become a trusted go‑to expert. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award‑winning cloud solutions.
Primary Responsibilities- Accurate Deal Closure Forecasting:
Accurately forecast the closure of client deals and effectively communicate with stakeholders. - Cross‑Sell Opportunity Identification:
Support the squad in identifying cross‑selling opportunities within your territory. - Collaboration on New Business Campaigns:
Collaborate with IBM to activate new business campaigns. - Use‑Case and Proof of Concept Design:
Design use‑cases and proofs of concept to respond to RFIs (Request for Information) from clients. - High‑Level Value Propositions:
Co‑create and present high‑level value propositions to clients.
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Consultative Technology Sales:
Demonstrated experience in consultative technology sales for complex use‑cases. - Proficiency in Digital Sales Tools:
High proficiency in digital sales tools and techniques. - Exceptional Communication
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal forms. - Strong Analytical
Skills:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data for driving business decisions and achieving desired outcomes.
- Automation Market Expertise:
Demonstrating expertise in the Automation market and establishing trust as a valued advisor for clients (training on IBM's Automation offerings will be provided).
