Who We Are Looking For
A proven sales professional to join the Americas sales team, primarily responsible for generating new business for the Global Link suite of products (FX Connect, Fund Connect, BestX, Trade Ne Xus , and Currenex). The role holder will possess comprehensive knowledge of the sales process including opportunity spotting, lead qualification, client presentations, commercial and legal frameworks, workshop facilitation, leveraging firm‑wide contacts and institutional relationships, and building credibility through thought leadership and market presence.
Report to the Americas Head of Client Acquisition. Expected travel: up to 50%.

What You Will Be Responsible For- Generate new revenue from net new clients.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including completing RFPs, negotiating commercials, and ensuring successful implementation and trading via collaboration with Product Sales.
- Maintain pipeline governance and keep the CRM (SF360) up to date.
- Build and support a pipeline aligned with regional sales strategy and Global Link’s growth objectives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate customer queries effectively through the correct channels and ensure proper prioritisation.
- Identify market trends to develop revenue opportunities and assist product management in continuous product improvement.
- Communicate the value proposition to customers and provide comprehensive product demos.
- Seek new and support existing third‑party partnerships when required.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at conferences and industry conventions to understand infrastructure and generate new business opportunities.
- Operate in compliance with internal and external regulations, adhering to risk excellence culture and escalation procedures.
- Adhere to KYC/AML processes and coordinate onboarding of new clients and fund providers with Product Sales and On‑boarding teams.
- A competitive and driven approach; strong team player able to influence and mobilise non‑direct reports.
- Ability to perform across multiple processes concurrently with effective prioritisation in a high‑pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication at all organisational levels; proven relationship‑building skills.
- Capability to generate sales leads through various channels while strictly complying with cross‑border and jurisdictional regulations.
- Prior experience within trading solutions and/or technology sales, dealing with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, and corporates; experience in FX, Money Market Funds, or related markets is desirable.
- Proven ability to drive new initiatives and ideas forward.
- Persistent negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Full awareness of procedures, best practices, escalation policies, and codes of conduct relevant to the role, with high ethical standards.
- Knowledge of market regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA with 7+ years of sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of technology‑driven financial solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the asset classes and areas that Global Link Focused Investments (GLFI) serves.
Salary: $120,000 – $210,000 Annual (range may differ for locations outside the primary area).
