Our vision is to become the back‑office hub for e‑commerce sellers, supporting both on‑Amazon and off‑Amazon businesses. We help sellers manage fulfilment operations across all online stores and ship orders to customers at the lowest cost and in the fastest time.
Job OverviewThis is an outbound sales role, selling our inventory and shipping solution to Amazon MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network) sellers. The role is for a Senior Account Executive or Business Development Manager with outbound sales experience, expected to meet and exceed high activity targets and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Proactively reach out to potential customers and generate new business opportunities by calling, emailing, or using other communication channels.
- Engage prospects at all levels—from management to C‑suite—in meaningful conversations.
- Introduce our product, highlight its benefits, and address any questions or concerns sellers may have.
- Encourage account sign‑up and channel connection.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships through effective communication and active listening.
- Understand seller needs, challenges, and goals to position the offering as a valuable solution.
- Develop a deep technical understanding of the product, including Power features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Articulate technical information clearly and persuasively to sellers.
- Deliver compelling sales demonstrations via video communication.
- Address objections or concerns in a professional and persuasive manner, overcoming objections to position the solution as optimal.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to guide sellers through the decision‑making process and activate seller status.
- Track and report sales activities, outcomes, pipeline progress, and sales performance using Salesforce.
- Provide regular updates on sales metrics, voice of the seller, and key learnings to the sales manager or team.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities through Power feature adoption.
- Nurture long‑term relationships to drive lifetime value and referrals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques, participating in training programs and self‑development activities.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business.
- Knowledge of procurement and source‑to‑pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large‑scale technology deal.
The base salary range for this position is $ – $ USD annually, with sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
