Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Account Ownership:
Design and execute sales activities for assigned distribution accounts to meet agreed sales objectives and business plans
Business Planning:
Develop and maintain account-level business plans including targets, forecasts, and growth initiatives
Channel Development:
Drive distributor engagement, training, and enablement to maximize IFX product coverage and demand
Sales Execution:
Coordinate deal progression, pricing alignment, and order capture with internal teams and channel partners
Cross-Functional:
Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and finance to resolve issues and capture new opportunities
Reporting & Analysis:
Track account performance, prepare sales reports, and present insights to regional management
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor principals and key reseller contacts
Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Education:
Recent Graduate with a degree in Engineering or Finance Sales Orientation:
Passion for technology and channel sales with a proactive, self-starter attitude
Technical Knowledge:
Ideally some familiarity with semiconductor products or electronic components preferred
Tools:
Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Soft Skills:
Outgoing communicator, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Travel:
