The OpportunityWe're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our growing Austin team. Whether your background is in inside sales, business development, account management, or outside sales, this role offers the opportunity to build relationships, solve complex customer challenges, and grow a rewarding career in one of the fastest‑growing industries in the world.
This position combines prospecting, relationship building, technical solution selling, and account management. You'll work directly with end users, consulting engineers, contractors, and channel partners while collaborating with our experienced technical and sales teams.
What You'll Do- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Central Texas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and industry partners.
- Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and solution reviews.
- Work with engineering and manufacturer partners to develop technical solutions and proposals.
- Prepare quotations and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within CRM systems.
- Manage existing accounts while expanding customer relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Represent BGA at industry events, customer functions, and professional associations.
- Proven success in sales, business development, account management, or customer‑facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical solutions.
- Professional presentation and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
