Sales Representative – R&D Tax Credits
As a sales professional, you will help businesses capture significant financial savings through R&D tax credits. You will focus on developing executive-level relationships with Small and Mid-Market employers (1 to 500 employees) and closely partner with ADP's Accountant Partner Channel to help those businesses capture the maximum tax credits available to them.
Responsibilities- Develop and close sales opportunities by working with internal ADP sales partners across multiple business units.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners (accounting firms, bankers, industry groups, and more).
- Use targeted data to self‑generate opportunities and validate a prospect's eligibility for R&D and other tax credits.
- Support company events such as trade shows and training.
- Build an annual business plan and set sales and activity goals aligned with quota attainment.
- Use Salesforce and participate in targeted marketing campaigns.
- Deepen relationships with internal sales partners across multiple business units.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network.
- 5 years of successfully selling into the business community, preferably in Tax Credit sales.
- 30-40% travel; in‑person at an ADP sales office at least once per week.
- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
- Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD $56,100.00 – USD $ per year, plus commissions.
