The Role:

Healthcare M&A Advisor (Lead Generation)

We are seeking a driven, high-activity sales professional with a proven track record in outbound business development, deal origination, or relationship-based sales. This role is focused on proactive outreach to healthcare business owners, building relationships over time, and converting those conversations into transaction opportunities. Success here requires persistence, credibility, and the ability to engage business owners in a consultative, trust-based way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify healthcare business owners exploring a sale through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of transaction-ready opportunities, consistently hitting weekly and monthly outreach targets.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage outreach cadences, and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advance qualified sellers through the transaction process and match them with the right buyers.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in outbound business development, sales, deal origination, or a similarly high-activity relationship-building role. Experience in healthcare services or mergers & acquisitions is strongly preferred.
  • A natural relationship builder who can establish credibility quickly, handle objections confidently, and engage business owners in meaningful conversations about their long-term goals and exit options.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and metrics-driven — someone who knows their numbers and takes ownership of their pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to speak credibly to business owners about the value of a transaction.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: starting at $75,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • Uncapped commission structure, with multiple six-figure upside for top producers.
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision).
  • Paid time off: 10 paid holidays + 10 PTO days in year one, increasing to 15 PTO days in year two.
