Outside Sales Professional

Natura is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Professional to drive our mission of "biophilic magic." We are looking for a true hunter who can identify opportunities, consult with high-level decision-makers, and close deals that bring the power of nature into the modern workspace.

The Opportunity
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: $50,000 base + commission with OTE of $100,000–$120,000+. We reward top performers who treat their territory like their own business.

  • Creative Consulting: You aren't just selling a service; you are selling a transformation. You’ll help clients visualize how biophilic design boosts productivity and employee well-being.
  • Market Leadership: Leverage Natura’s 40-year reputation and deep horticultural expertise to win high-profile commercial accounts.
What You’ll Do
  • Aggressive Prospecting: Identify and convert new B2B opportunities within the corporate, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct site surveys and deliver persuasive presentations that justify the ROI of a "thriving environment."
  • Strategic Growth: Manage the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to final contract, ensuring every deal meets Natura’s standard of quality.
  • Proven Closer: 3+ years of documented success in B2B outside sales.
  • Results-Obsessed:
    You are self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and a hunger for hitting targets.
  • Polished Communicator: You can command a boardroom and build instant rapport with property managers and executives alike.
