What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who knows how to build pipeline and close material deals. You'll own the full sales cycle for our AI CRA product suite, from the first cold call to a pilot going live. You'll need to identify the right buyers, earn their attention, build genuine relationships, and guide complex enterprise deals through every stage: discovery, NDAs, procurement, legal, and contract execution.

You bring high EQ, sharp instincts about when to push and when to listen, and a track record of winning enterprise B2B business. You know that the best deals are built on trust, and you know how to create it.

Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
  • Build and work your own book of enterprise leads, including cold outreach, warm introductions, and everything in between.
  • Research target accounts deeply to personalize outreach and lead with relevance, not volume.
  • Get meetings on the calendar with the right stakeholders (product leaders, operations leaders, C‑suite as needed).
Relationship Building
  • Develop multi‑threaded relationships across client organizations, not just a single point of contact.
  • Travel to conferences and other CRA industry events to represent SNH AI.
  • Read the room to understand the motivations, pressures, and buying behavior of each stakeholder.
  • Maintain consistent, thoughtful follow‑up that keeps deals moving without feeling like pressure.
Value Articulation
  • Translate SNH AI's capabilities into outcomes that resonate with each client's specific business challenges.
  • Lead compelling discovery conversations that uncover needs the client hasn't always fully articulated.
  • Position our AI product suite as a genuine transformation for how CRA clients think about their operational workflows and decision making.
Deal Execution
  • Navigate the full contract lifecycle including product demos, NDAs, security reviews, MSA reviews, and pricing agreements.
  • Manage multiple enterprise deals simultaneously with rigorous pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline.
  • Coordinate internally with legal, product, and CS to keep complex deals on track.
Market Insights
  • Feed competitive insights and prospect feedback back to product, marketing, and leadership.
  • Identify patterns across your pipeline that signal new verticals, messaging gaps, or product opportunities.
Must‑have
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B tech sales experience with a track record of consistently hitting quota.
  • Full‑cycle sales experience: you've owned deals from cold outreach through signed contract and pilot launch.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals including legal and procurement.
  • High EQ: you read people well, adapt your communication style, and know when to lead and when to listen.
  • Disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene; you forecast accurately and close on timeline.
  • Interest in frontier technology.
  • Based in Austin, TX.
Nice‑to‑have
  • Experience selling in the background screening, identity verification, or HR tech space.
  • Experience selling an AI or ML product into enterprise B2B buyers.
  • Comfort navigating regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, staffing, or enterprise services.
  • Experience at an early‑stage or growth‑stage company where you had to build process alongside pipeline.
