A Brief Overview
The position is responsible for enterprise-level prospecting, building, and closing new business within a dedicated territory or market region. The position owns and manages the complete sales process for all opportunities to sell the Company's solutions and services, exceed sales quotas and goals, and generate revenue. The role focuses on large, enterprise-level organizations.

- Develop strategic sales plans and objectives within a defined territory, target new business from a diversified portfolio of industries and execute plans to build pipelines, relationships, and close new business for large, enterprise-level organizations.
- Cultivate profitable and substantial referral relationships and drive activity volume of client leads through targeted sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling and networking both in person and through professional online channels, to develop diverse partnerships that lead to introductions and credible business opportunities.
- Analyze and probe defined markets and enterprise prospects to fully understand decision-making trends and quickly qualify or disqualify leads.
- Establish and grow solid, long-term relationships with prospects to successfully earn trust and advise on the positive impact the Company can make in providing a value-added solution to improve their competitive position in the marketplace and support their business goals.
- Apply sales practices throughout the new business process utilizing the organization’s sales technology and tools to effectively manage enterprise-level prospect data, activity, and results.
- Produce detailed reports and analyze data to determine strategic changes needed to increase the achievement of sales quotas and goals.
- Provide support to other sales consultants and assist with large and/or complex prospective customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Typically 8+ years.
- PEO Experience Required.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to demonstrate confidence and expertise knowledge in products and services.
- Solid skills in data analytics, account management, and technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to details and organizational skills.

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.
Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with Tri Net's commission plan.
